Collection: M22759/32-22 Rayé

M22759/32 mil-spec Tefzel wire, 22 AWG, with a coloured stripe. Ten base colours, each available with a range of stripe colours. Sold by the foot with no minimum order, cut to length from a continuous spool.

Striped wire is how you keep a large harness readable. Ten solid colours only gets you so far — once a loom runs past a couple of dozen circuits you need base and stripe combinations to keep every wire uniquely identifiable without relying on labels alone. Anyone who has traced a fault in a harness built entirely from six colours understands why this matters.

22 AWG is the lightest gauge in the range, used where weight and bundle diameter matter most and the circuit draws very little current — sensor signals, CAN runs and low-current switch inputs. It suits Deutsch DTM size 20 contacts.

Same specification as our solid wire: tinned copper conductor, cross-linked modified ETFE insulation, 150°C, 600V, .005 inch minimum wall.

Reading the part number. Base colour first, stripe colour second, both using the MIL-STD-681 digits: 0 black, 1 brown, 2 red, 3 orange, 4 yellow, 5 green, 6 blue, 7 violet, 8 grey, 9 white. So M22759/32-22-02 is 22 AWG black with a red stripe.

Also available in 18 AWG and 20 AWG striped, and in solid colours.
