    At Elite Wire, we work to process and ship orders as accurately and efficiently as possible. Because many of the products we offer are specialty motorsport wiring components, order handling may vary depending on product type, availability, and destination.

    Shipping

    Order Processing

    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or when additional handling is required.

    If an item is out of stock, backordered, or requires additional lead time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

    Shipping Methods

    Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, or other available services depending on destination, package size, and service availability. Elite Wire reserves the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method for each order unless a specific method has been requested and confirmed.

    Shipping Times

    Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays can happen and are outside of our control. Once an order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

    International Orders

    We ship to customers in Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any:
    • customs duties
    • import taxes
    • brokerage fees
    • other destination-country charges

    If shipping rates are unavailable at checkout for your location, please contact us and we will do our best to provide a manual shipping quote.

    Tracking

    Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

    Shipping Address Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Elite Wire is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. 

    Returns

    We accept returns on eligible items. If you need to request a return, please contact Elite Wire first so we can review the order and provide return instructions.

    Return Eligibility

    Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are:
    • unused
    • uninstalled
    • in original packaging
    • in resalable condition
    All returns must be approved by Elite Wire before being sent back.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items may not be eligible for return:
    • custom-made or special-order items
    • used items
    • clearance or final sale items
    • electrical components that have been installed, used, modified, or tested

      items returned without prior approval

      Because many motorsport wiring products are application-specific, customers are responsible for confirming product suitability before ordering.

      Return Process

      To request a return, please contact Elite Wire with:
      • your order number
      • the item(s) you wish to return
      • the reason for the return
      If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next step.

      Return Shipping

      Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Elite Wire is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

      Refunds

      Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

      Restocking Fee 

      Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, depending on the item and its condition upon return. If a restocking fee applies, it will be confirmed during the return approval process. ---

      Cancellations

      If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Because payment processing fees may still apply to refunded transactions, approved cancellations may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
      Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be handled under the return policy above. Custom-made, special-order, used, and clearance items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun. 

      Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

      If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
      • your order number
      • a description of the issue
      • clear photos if applicable
       We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
