Collection: M22759/32-18 Striped

M22759/32 mil-spec Tefzel wire, 18 AWG, with a coloured stripe. Ten base colours, each available with a range of stripe colours. Sold by the foot with no minimum order, cut to length from a continuous spool.

Striped wire is how you keep a large harness readable. Ten solid colours only gets you so far — once a loom runs past a couple of dozen circuits you need base and stripe combinations to keep every wire uniquely identifiable without relying on labels alone. Anyone who has traced a fault in a harness built entirely from six colours understands why this matters.

Same specification as our solid wire: tinned copper conductor, cross-linked modified ETFE insulation, 150°C, 600V, .005 inch minimum wall.

Reading the part number. Base colour first, stripe colour second, both using the MIL-STD-681 digits: 0 black, 1 brown, 2 red, 3 orange, 4 yellow, 5 green, 6 blue, 7 violet, 8 grey, 9 white. So M22759/32-18-02 is 18 AWG black with a red stripe.

Also available in 20 AWG and 22 AWG striped, and in solid colours.
