Collection: M22759/32

M22759/32 mil-spec Tefzel wire in ten solid colours, 12 through 22 AWG. Sold by the foot with no minimum order, cut to length from a continuous spool.

M22759/32 is the wire used in aerospace and professional motorsport harnesses. Tinned copper conductor with cross-linked modified ETFE insulation, rated 150°C at 600V, with a .005 inch minimum wall. Compared to TXL or GXL it's thinner and lighter for the same current capacity, and far more resistant to heat, chemicals, abrasion and cut-through. In a harness with a hundred circuits, that difference in diameter and weight is not marginal.

Colour codes follow MIL-STD-681, and the code is the final digit of the part number: 0 black, 1 brown, 2 red, 3 orange, 4 yellow, 5 green, 6 blue, 7 violet, 8 grey, 9 white. So M22759/32-18-2 is 18 AWG red. Striped wire is listed separately.

No minimum order. Most suppliers put a 50 or 100 foot minimum on each colour, which is fine if you're building production harnesses and useless if you need eight feet of orange to finish a job. Order the footage you actually need.
